NOTICE: Starting 8/4/2026, we will ONLY be accepting the following items

Christmas & Hanukkah items will be acceptance AFTER our review begins on 9/4/2026. Last Day will be 11/5/2026.

Fur Coats, Jackets, Leather, and Others – Acceptance AFTER our review of your photos: Begins on 09/01/2026 and ends on 12/05/2026. All items must be brought in on a sturdy hanger.

MISS DALLAS’ SHOP CONSIGNMENT POLICY:

Effective January 1, 2025, any customer who does not come into Miss Dallas’ Shop to check on their consignments, within one year from the date you consign, all items will be donated. If your account shows activity or you come in to shop or visit, we commit to keeping your items as long as it takes to sell them.

We accept small furniture, dinnerware, crystal, home accents, gently used high-end handbags, jewelry, collectibles, mirrors, artwork, outside furniture and accessories, and more. We do NOT accept clothing, shoes, or knockoffs. We no longer accept any items that are “Electrical” including lamps, small appliances, etc. We will not accept any items that we are uncomfortable with, for any reason.

We will not accept any consignments when our policy is not followed.

Here are the steps you must follow:

1. Take and send pictures of any items that you want to consign and text them to Lynda cell #203-520-7745.
2. Once Lynda has approved any or all of your items follow these steps:
   1. Take your CLEAN items, wrap them carefully and package them into a box or bin that will NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
   2. Write your name on the Front, Outside, Right Corner of each Box or Bin.
3. Fill out a Miss Dallas’ Consignment Form by including your full name, address, town, state, zip code, and telephone number.
4. Date your form and include the Number of Packages you are bringing in.
5. List quantities and description of each item.
6. Use more than one form, if necessary.
7. Text Lynda at 203-520-7745 and tell her when it will be convenient for you to come in.

NOTE; IF ANY PART OF CONSIGNMENT POLICY IS NOT FOLLOWED, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TAKING IN YOUR CONSIGNMENTS.

Consigning customers are invited to call or text Lynda’s cell 203-520-7745, We eliminated the email option due to spam. If you have previously emailed us successfully, you are welcome to continue to use the email process.

The selling price will be established by our experienced staff. Once an item sells, you, the owner will receive 50% of the price sold.

After we see your photos and approve what can be consigned, you are invited to come in with them on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday, between 10 am > 2 pm. To help with the ease of your incoming consignments, please make certain you follow all guidelines listed here. It will help you and us have an easy incoming consignment journey.

All items we agree to consign must be:

• Free of chips, rips, tears, cracks, and/or repairs.
• All items must be clean.
• You should wrap and protect your items from damage during transportation to us.
• You must package into boxes or bins that you do not want returned.
• You must add your full name to the outside of all parcels.
• If we receive items that are damaged in any way and/or are incomplete sets (a cup without a saucer or vice versa), the items will be discarded.
• If items do not comply with our policy, we will not accept your consignments.

We love that you are willing to trust us with your treasures. We shall handle and manage everything as if it was ours. You are always welcome to take something back, just give us reasonable time to prepare the item and paperwork for return.
